Abstract

The purpose of this study was to confirm nurse leader types needed in nurse organizations through understanding the structure of subjectivity for nurse leaders recognized by general nurses.
Q methodology was applied in analyzing the subjectivity structure of leadership behavior for general nurse, and Q type analyses was practiced.
Nurses recognizing subjective structure for leader behaviors of nurse manager were analyzed to be 3 factor; mainly type of vision presentation, include type of self-capability consideration, type of relationship considerlation.
This study may conclude as follows. To achieve the general nurse¢¥s demands on leadership behaviors and to increase the productivity as a outcome. Leadership training program is necessary to educate a desirable leader behavior vision presentation.
